VCU Mail Services, provided by Novitex Enterprise Solutions, consists of a service driven team. All employees are cross trained and proficient in many areas of Mail Services making operations efficient and services uninterrupted. VCU Mail Services is your One Stop Approach by being a complete letter-shop for the university community and specializing in mail services.

Assistant Manager – Donnette Haynes
Donnette has been with PBMS (now Novitex Enterprise Solutions) since 1997 and joined VCU Mail Services in 2004. She is Assistant Manager and provides fiscal and administrative support for Mail Services. She is responsible for all financials associated with the daily operation and maintains site related correspondence and reporting documentation. She oversees outbound mail processing and also serves as workflow coordinator to manage all auxiliary projects for the hospital and university community. Auxiliary Services Team Lead - Earl Seaborne
Earl has been with VCU Mail Services since 1998 and oversees the Auxiliary Services operation. Earl is responsible for the coordinating of all production print & mailings and performing all related mail house functions. He is also responsible for balancing the workload of the team as well as serving as the point of contact for Auxiliary Services. Correspondence Mail / Outbound Mail Processing Clerks (Ernestine Whiters, LaRee Miller)
Collects mail for metering and sorting, process and prepare all of the university and hospital’s outgoing mail, including but not limited to accountable mail for the United States Postal Service. Prepare and process production mailings to meet postal guidelines. Perform all mail house functions to include but not limited to: inkjet addressing, collating, copying to mail, folding, inserting, labeling, laser print to mail, list management, packaging and fulfillment, sealing, tabbing, and standard mail preparation. .
